Job Summary
To collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, sponsors, and project and outcome managers to develop the overall strategy for successfully navigating change, identifying the scope and impact of change within the context of the day-to-day experience of the end-user.



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and organizational change management strategies and plans across all dimensions that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and optimize the success of the project.
  • Partner with the project and business leadership to identify the scope and impact of change within the context of the day-to-day experience of the end-user.
  • Collaborate with business sponsors, communication, training, performance teams, HR and other key personnel (e.g., outcome and project managers, process leads, etc.) in the formulation of plans and activities to support project implementation.
  • Escalate change plan gaps or deficiencies within the project or business group and provide updates to leaders as needed.
  • Identify change risks such as the identification of potential people-side risks, assess change readiness and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns while engaging senior leaders as sponsors.



Skills And Qualifications

  • MBA in Strategy & Operations, Project Management or Technology is an added advantage.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) – Association of Change Management Professionals.
  • PMP and/or PR Certification is a valuable advantage.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years experience leading large organizational transformation or change management efforts, change management planning, and/or integrating change with the large-scale project, communication, and training plans that utilize metrics to quantitatively assess impact.
  • Ability to conduct extensive research, gather information, understand client business and technical requirements, synthesize findings, and apply analytic expertise to derive insights that contribute to the development of client solutions.
  • Ability to understand diverse perspectives and operate flawlessly at a professional level in intercultural and international contexts.
